How to receive and activate
Pick up at the airport
We have counters at every major Korean international gateway. Bring the passport you used for the order plus your confirmation email.
Phone compatibility
Your phone needs to be country-unlocked. Some handsets may need a power cycle (up to five times) right after switching the SIM card.
Voice top-up
You can top up additional voice minutes at LG U+ counters from ₩5,500 (~20 domestic minutes) up to ₩55,000 (~200 minutes) if you expect to make a lot of calls.
Validity extension
Need to extend your stay? You can extend your data validity through the LG U+ website at a 10% online-booking discount, anytime during use and up to 72 hours after the period ends.
Where to pick up
Bring the passport you used for the order plus your confirmation email. Return your SIM at the same airport before passing through security.

Important details
- Truly unlimited 5G/LTE data with no speed cap or daily limit.
- Both eSIM and USIM require a country-unlocked phone. Check your handset's lock status with its manufacturer's customer center.
- LG U+ SIMs do not support Korean Identity Verification (PASS / 휴대폰 본인 인증).
- Passport information and a passport photo are required when ordering. Other ID types may have authentication restrictions.
- Cancellation refunds are returned to your card within 15 days, per your card issuer's processing time.
