How to receive and activate
Pick up in Manila before you fly
Collect your card at our Manila office — 9/F, Brittany Hotel BGC, Aura Complex, 6 McKinley Pkwy, Makati City, 1634 Metro Manila. Bring the passport you used for the order plus your confirmation email.
Top-up
Pick a top-up amount at checkout or load funds later through the Check-in Seoul app. Remaining balance is refundable in-app at the end of your trip.

One pickup point, before you depart. Choose your pickup date at checkout.
Bring your passport and the confirmation email. Office hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 PHT.

- Passport information and a passport photo are required when ordering. Other ID types may have authentication restrictions.
- Cancellation refunds are returned to your card within 15 days, per your card issuer's processing time.
