Pick up at the airport
We have counters at every major Korean international gateway. Bring the passport you used for the order plus your confirmation email.
Top-up
Pick a top-up amount at checkout or load funds later through the Check-in Seoul app. Remaining balance is refundable in-app at the end of your trip.

Bring the passport you used for the order plus your confirmation email. Return your SIM at the same airport before passing through security.

- Cancellation refunds are returned to your card within 15 days, per your card issuer's processing time.
