This Privacy Policy describes how HWAY ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you order eSIM, USIM, or Check-in Seoul card products through this website.

- Trip details: arrival date, departure date, selected pickup location
- Order information: selected product and plan, order number, payment status
- Account information: login credentials, account activation status (where an account is created)
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, session identifiers, and similar data generated automatically when you use the site

- To process and fulfill your order
- To coordinate product pickup and activation at Korean pickup locations
- To communicate order confirmations, updates, and support messages
- To activate linked accounts and provide continuing access to purchased services
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse

3. Sharing with partners
To deliver the services you order, we share the minimum information needed with operational partners, including:
- Telecommunications provider (LG U+) for mobile-data provisioning
- Card issuer (Lotte Card / LOCA) for transit and payment card issuance and management
- Pickup location operators at Incheon, Gimpo, Myeongdong, Hongdae, and Seoul Station
- Payment processor(s) for processing your payment
- Email delivery provider for transactional messages
- Hosting and database providers (Supabase) for secure storage of your order and account data
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. International data transfer
Because the service is delivered in the Republic of Korea, information you provide will be transferred to and processed in Korea and in the regions where our hosting and partner infrastructure is located. By placing an order you acknowledge this transfer.
5. Retention
We retain order information for as long as necessary to fulfill the order, provide customer support, and meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations. Account information is retained until you request deletion or the account becomes inactive per our retention schedule.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

- Delete your personal information, where legally permissible
